A street hawker making his trip to the nearby village market for business.The small baggage of goodies that he`s carrying,most probably is all he has for earning his living.

Now,it`s obvious that they live from hand to mouth and what they earn does not enable them to upgrade their financial condition,it`s just a proffesion that is concerned with survival only.According to the five-year-old statistics of the ‘Chinnamul hawkers Samity’, the total number of such hawkers in the country is 2.7 millions and there are about 0.13 million in the urban areas under the Dhaka City Corporation.
